I think most people have a trial. I totally suggest it. I went to many and thank goodness I did.

i as Very against trials at the beginning... my thought was that they should be able to do it Perfect for the day of, w/o practicing--- thats what theyre getting paid for! BUT everyone is so different, and the original things i thought i wanted, didnt looka s good on me, so honestly, the trials were worth every penny (although, i wish they didnt cost as many pennies as they did )

I like the way i do my m/u but i cant imagine doing it for my wedding day. I want a professional w/ professional products

My sister offered to do my wedding makeup -- she did a mini trial, and to be honest, it looked really nice. The next day I went to see Oksana....the difference was unbelievable. She made my skin look AWESOME. I'm so glad I went to that trial.

I did, I had 2 trials. I went with the person who did my 2nd trial. I loved my make-up on th eday of my wedding.

I had three makeup trials!!!!

And....one of them charged WAY TOO MUCH (embarrassed to say).
The lady was sweet as pie but the makeup didn't look too flattering.

I know many vendors will do it for free of charge (but on the pricer side the day of) OR for a small fee (which sometimes is credited to your day of price)

I wish I could get my money back

I had two makeup trials....the first one I absolutely hated. The second was with Oksana and she was FABULOUS....booked her on the spot!

I think it is important to have a trial how else will you know. The first lady I went to was highly recommended on the boards...I guess I just didn't like her style but I never would have known unless I had a trial with her. Otherwise I would have been highly dissapointed the day of the wedding. So glad to all the ladies on here who recommended Oksana!!!! Thank you Thank You!!!!!!!!

IMO i think it is a MUST. You don't want to freak out on your wedding day that you do not like the way your make-up turned out
