I got pretty good price quotes from 3 invitation vendors (all recommendations from LIW girls).
I don't know if it's worth it to attempt to negotiate.
Did you negotiate when ordering your invitations?

hmmm...well I didn't negotiate w/ mine 'cause the prices were so low already but I know when we were looking actual stores were quick to jump on the 'we can offer you a 10% discount' but I think this is only to stay competitive w/ online places...I think if you're ordering online you'll be less likely to get them to waver..JMO

I am looking into notfromabox.com, invitations-by-design.com, and Pippy's Sweets.
I also went to Kate's Paperie and Wedding Library but they were MUCH more expensive.

I did not negotiate with my vendor b/c she beat the online price. She is also a vendor on here: Linda's Lovelies.

I advise negotiating. Worst case scenario, you're in the same position as you are now financially.

Re: Did you negotiate with your invitation vendor?
if you order from a book and the person is not hand designing your invites then negotiate because the mark up is double. Ask to pay cash and see if they can bump off a bit more.
