I have sooo many songs, but one song that sticks out in my mind, of when we first started dating is 'So Into You' by Fabolus feat, Tamia
Anyone know this song??? its a bit of a rap song, but it really brings me back when i hear it, and the words just remind me of FH

We picked All I Ask of You from Phantom of the Opera AND we both agreed on it, some sort of miracle happened in that point of time.

well I always said that 'Just the way you are' (Billy Joel) was kind of our song - since we have a realy 'comfy' relationship and I love Billy Joel. . .
THEN after we got engaged we found out it was his parents' wedding song! So i thought that was even cooler and now we are definitely using it!

I LOVE Your Song too by Elton John....its really hard...those songs will def be played at the wedding though

Ok well i wrote about this a while back FH had NO time for planning because he works a lot which is fine with me However, the ONE thing he cares about is the song - SO guess what he wants????
Endless Love and NOT EVEN THE NEW ONE with mariah and luther - he wants old school diana ross and lionel richie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i am quite disturbed by this but he loves it!!! What can i do?????!!!!!!!!

FH and I are total music geeks (when he moved in and we combined our music collections, we totaled over 4000 CDs! We need a whole wall in our living room for the shelving for them), so picking our first song was one of the first things on our To-Do list. We ended up choosing 'Perfect Lovesong' by the Divine Comedy, a british band, which is from one of his favorite albums.
Here's a link to the video - if you can ignore the singer's doofy haircut and listen to the lyrics, you'll hear it's really sweet. Plus, it's fun to dance to - now that we've chosen it, we dance around our living room to it all the time!

I know! I actually wanted to sing it too and take singing lessons but FH shot that down before it was half way out of my mouth.

yeah we actually knew what our first song would be before he even proposed. It's a special song to us so we had said we would definitely use it.

its i wanna love you forever by jessica simpson....when the song first came out i was planning my sweet sixteen and i choose it for my sixteenth candle when i gave my speech to my fh so its always been our song but do u think its a good wedding song?? whats so cute is that everybody knew that i was going to get engaged before we went on the cruise in june so when i came back they surprised us with a little party at my house and my sister made me this scarpbook and she put pics and quotes--like she put a pic of me and him kissing at my sweet sixteen when i gave him the candle and then she wrote underneath the speech i said to him (she went and looked back at the video--i love her so much)---my speech said--my 16th candle is for my boyfriend eddie. during the past 20 months you have always been there for me wen i needed you through the hardest months this year you have always been able to put a smile on my face. of course we have faced many difficult times but through each one we come out with a stronger relationship, theres so many memories of us together ill never forget. you make me so happy and i love you so much and then she put the lyrics to the song on the next page
