When you went shopping for your BMs gowns, did you take them all to help pick out the dress, or did you pick it out on your own, or did you just have the MOH or 1 - 2 BMs with you?
I mentioned to my MOH the other day that I wanted to get all the girls together for at least one shopping trip and she was like 'Really? ALL of them?' Like I shouldn't be bringing them all along... then I thought about it and maybe she's right.... too many cooks in the kitchen thing.... could get ugly, right? I have a 8 BMs BTW.

I've been in several large bridal parties. I think it works better if you shop with just your maid of honor and then bring the other girls after you have either chosen a dress, or if you have narrowed it down to a few choices. Just remember to keep in mind everyone's different body types.

I took all of them and i hated it. Too many opinions, it drove me crazy. I am going tomorrow with only 2.

I picked out the dresses for my BMs and MOHs, then this weekend I went with MOH and 1 BM to actually have them try it on.
I think I if I went with more of them, it would have drove me crazy!

I brought 5 of my 6 BMs...the 6th lives in VA. My MOH, my sister, didn't come b/c she has her hands full with two kids, and she's wearing something different.

I sent them shopping without me! My MOH and BM's went together and scraped it out over dresses! Of course I checked them out before they ordered them. This made my life infinitely easier, and has been the best part of the planning so far! They all got dresses they liked, which was the most important thing to me.

I took Mom and MOH. We narrowed down the selection and then I showed the other girls the possibilities...

I only have 3 plus MOH, so it wasn't so bad to bring all of them. If I had as many as you I don't know if I would have done the same.

I took all of them (except for my Jr. BM) who lives in Boston and the only OTT in my bridal party. Both mothers and all BMs spare one day to go dress shopping. We were able to have all of them fitted, opinions on dresses and color. In addition, I tried on several bridal gowns had all their opinions and ultimately placed an order with a down payment.
It so much convenient for me to have both mothers, MOH and my BMs all together at the same time for fittings, opinions, and purchasings. Afterwards, we went out to a afternoon lunch to thank them sparing a day for such a tedious task.

i brought one BM with me to try on I chose three dresses that i liked i met with all of them and told them to pick what they like dress 1,2,3- i made the decision out of the 3 dresses and now i am giving them the option of ordering the dress from the bridal salon or ordering online- its up to them- I know that i couldnt bring all of the girls with me because they have too diffrent personalities. just bring one person with you to model because no matter what the sample sizes are not going to fit anyway but you can get an idea of what you want from just havig one person come with you. I began by bringing a few BM with me, then got fed up because no one could agree on a dress. SO I wound up picking it out myself.

saw it online and loved it, so took each of them to try it on (except 1) and they all loved it so that's what we got!

I went with just MOH, because if it fit her, it would fit them. once I found the one, i showed 2 BM and then we ordered.

I let them all pick their own dress, so I had to go with all of them. I think I would have anyway, though.

I tried on the dresses and then narrowed it down to 2 and then brought my moh. I said these are the ones I like but favored one more than the other. And she winded up liking the one that i Liked.
