Did You Tell Your BMs...

that you bought them their DOJ beforehand? Or just give it to them at the RD?

I kinda wanted it to be a surprise but then again I don't want them to go out and spend money for their own.

What'd you girls do???

I ended up telling mine that i was getting them earrings cause they were all asking about jewelry and because i don't want them to wear necklaces.

ETA: I love the neckline of the BM's dresses, so thats why I don't want them to wear necklaces... it was my one bridezilla move i guess lol.

The week of I had a couple girls be like 'uhh...should I be buying some jewelry...' and I had to be all sketchy like 'ummm, nahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh '

i wrote out an email to them all explaining how the day before is going to go and day of and if they wanted me to make them hair/makeup/nail app. one wrote back (fwd to everyone) asking about shoes and jewlery. i said get whatever shoes and dont get jewlery :) so they kinda know haa

I'm not telling them. Gonna just say that they should wear silver jewelry which goes with their silver shoes and then surprise them with a necklace.

I havent said anything and no one has asked. I think alot of girls know that the bride will buy jewelery.

Since all my girls wore different dresses, I told them that I WASN'T buying them jewelery because everyones neckline and taste are different. They wore whatever they wanted or didn't want! This worked out well because one of my friend's doesn't have her ears piereced!

I will tell them if they ask about it. but they all just got married before me the past few years and they all gave out jewlery, so i think they are already expecting it.

They asked, i told them. I didnt want them to get something to wear. Not only for the money, but i have a few that may say, well i like what i got better and would wear theres lol
