Past Brides- did you use a purse? Was it necessary? If not, do you wish you did or what did you do w/ all your stuff??
I used one. I put my lipgloss and lipstick in there along w/a compact mirror. I also used it to hold the cards.
I did not use a purse for stuff - if I needed anything I could have gone back to the bridal suite for it, but I don't recall needing anything. I did however, have a 'bag' that my grandma made me for all of the cards I received. It was beautiful but not big enough for all the cards we got.
My photographer and my stylist told me to keep my lipstick fresh all the time. That was pretty much the only thing I kept in the bag. I wasnt going to run back to the bridal room to simply freshen up my lipstick.
I didn't use a purse. I gave my BM my lipstick to hold and whenever I needed it, she gave it to me.
I had one with lipstick and powder---all my other bridal emergency stuff was in a large wedding gift bag....I basically kept the purse in that bag in the bridal suite so it wasn't really necessary--borrowed it from a friend though.
