did you use an agent when you booked your Honeymoon?
We have a budget of about 6k and I'm not sure that we can get the kind of honeymoon that I would really want for that amount. I want a 10 day honeymoon with maybe spending half of that time in a private villa. I was thinking that an agent would help us get a better deal?

i did . but i only had a 5day .. 10 day wow .. i may be a bit home sick by day 6

lol- i wanted 8 days-- FH wanted 14 so we comprimised. I don't know where he thinks this money is coming from though.

Jimmy's Travel was awesome. They're located in Lindenhurst. We had a 2 story villa w. private plunge pool and butler on top ocean bluff for our entire honeymoon. It was wiorth every dime.

I booked mine online myself, but we are doing a cruise from NY- so the cruise was the only thing involved. If it was more complicated I probably would have used a TA.
