Did your kids get to an age where they became shy?
My baby is normally very open and friendly. Lately though when she sees someone she hasn't seen recently, she'll snuggle against me and peek out at them or begin to cry. This is so not her - everyone has always said how easy a child she is; she goes to anyone and has a beaming smile for everyone. Now she's getting that weirdness that my nieces have never gotten past (hiding behind their parents, etc.) and it's bothering me. Is this just a phase babies go through or is there something I can do to get her past being so shy?
