Did your MOH give you a 'special' gift? I am the MOH in my best friend's wedding and the whole bridal party is chipping in for a gift, but I feel like I should give her something in addition. Any ideas what that might be? Would love for it to be something 'meaningful.'

yes, mine did...she gave me a wedding angel statue-she gave it to me the morning of the wedding. For her wedding I gave her a friendship willlow tree figurine, she collects them-and I gave it to her the morning of her wedding

Sort of - she did tons for the wedding. She also gave us a verry generous gift.
But I guess the 'special gift' came about a month after the wedding. She gave me a scrapbook for Christmas that she made. It was so very special. I was just crying when I saw it. She even included pics of the wedding and left blank pages at the end so that I can keep it going.

Yes, my sister gave us a bride & groom Lladro statue. It's amazing!

I had 2 maids of honor......no 'special gifts.' One gave me a very generous gift.....but thats it. I think that putting up with all the planning, spending so much time and heart was gift enough.

I didn't get a special gift from my MOH (my sister). I do know that she did spend a lot of $$ on my shower, though.

when i was moh I gave an add'l gift at the shower from the group gift.

they didnt chip in with the rest of the bp.
they gave me special stuff just from them-

My MOH didn't do anything special for the wedding. My girls spent a lot of money on their dresses and the shower gift, so I didn't really expect anything. I think if you give the bride something it is nice, but she shouldn't expect another gift.

Mine did not, but we really haven't even spoken since the wedding.
