Yes, my mom paid for mine but I would have understood if she couldn't. Thank God she did though, I think I spend a little more than I really should have. Ouch.

Actually I guess it would be both of my parents, they are paying for the whole nine yards, undergarments, shoes, acessories, hair, makeup etc. If it werent for them I would be wearing a white sheet

nope - actually neither of my parents have offered to pay for anything. I wonder if we'll even get a decent gift from them. Probably not ... I'll probably get $100 in a card

I paid for it myself. When I told my family my Nana insisted she'd give me the money. I couldn't turn her down, I didn't want to hurt her feelings. I just told her it was a lot less than what I paid
