i have found, over the time i have been on here, that i have made some wonderful friendships and i would never, ever regret being on here.

HOWEVER, then something like this happens. Something WONDERFUL for a close, personal (in REAL LIFE) friend of mine. Something so lovely & wonderful and MORE than well deserved.

As Kelly said - none of you know their TRUE story, only their friends do, but trust us to say - obviously, it's real enough for the producers of a show to choose them over others. They have been through H E L L and back and are more deserving of this than some of the other selfish people that are apparently on this website. Spend ten minutes with Jeff & Amanda and see if you can walk away not in love with them both.

Just to let you know MY styory with Amanda and how FRICKIN AWESOME she is. I had spoken to her a bunch of times online and then met her at the 08 shower. I was nervous to meet a bunch of people I had never met before and i STINK with attention, and we had talked about that before via FM and in emails. What did she do? The MINUTE i got there, she came over to me, hugged me and told me, i snagged the farthest back table, corner seats, you're not alone - i'm with you. EVERY single nervous fear i had went away. She didn't leave my side all night, making me feel so loved & cared for. The girl would take a bullet for any one of her friends & i'm proud to call her one of my closest friends. For those of you who said nasty things - i'm so glad you will never get the benefit of her friendship & love. You do NOT deserve it.

I first heard about this nastyness via text message this morning. I told Dave what was up and he just said, 'wow, those are some catty biatches'. I was shocked to have to agree with him.

I am so disgusted with people and actually, to be honest, the VENDORS that have all of a sudden decided, 'oooo, let's try and help her so we can be on TV'.

This website was created, at least, i think it was created, to be HELPFUL, not to cause misery and sadness.

Anyone who has a problem with Amanda, FM me, i'll take care of it & set you straight. Leave the girl alone to celebrate with people who actually give a c r a p about her.

(side note - there's a VERY good chance that this was my last post on the 08 board - i will NOT stand for a close friend being bashed. for those of you not married yet - i'll probably lurk and FM with anything I have to share).

You know what, I don't need to know her...there's just a way to behave as an adult and just common courtesy. How are people raised to be so ill-mannered and juvenile. And, frankly, it's really no one's business what she has been through personally.
