I'll always be a weight watchers fan! Lost 45 pounds and kept it off for more than 3 years. You can still have your sweets just in moderation.
Good luck!

It was hard at first but I am super anal and writing things down kept me in check. Not gonna lie, the first 2 weeks were horrible...I would go to sleep just cause I was hungry! LOL
After you get into a routine of eating vs snacking it gets much easier.
FH tried it for our eparty and lost 7lbs in 3 weeks!

I used the app MyFitnessPlan on my phone and it really helped keep me on track and it's easy to keep with since my phone is always on me. Also try to stay busy so less time to stop and eat crap. :)

Def WW!!! I lost 15lbs the first 3 weeks I was on it and lost another 15 the next 2 months. I went off of it in Sept and kept all but 3 lbs off and I credit that to the holidays . I started again last week and lost another 5 lbs so far!!

Re: diet

also - I think I rec'd this on another thread, but if you have a smartphone, download the restaurant nutrition app. This way if you go out to eat without planning beforehand, you have all the info and can make smarter choices - not all places have cals on their menus :(
