we just had a bday celebration thing in the office for a coworker, who is on WW, so another co worker of mine made a 'diet coke cake' for her... she mixed chocolate cake mix with diet cream soda and topped it with fat free cool whip... it was really good! Just figured i'd let girls on WW/other diets know!

mmm... that doesnt sound so bad! It cooked ok with diet soda though???? i feel like that wouldnt work baking it... was it a cake or more of a jello-thing? Sorry, it just doesnt make sense but i love chocolate cake so i wanna know more!!

You just take a box of cake mix and add one can of diet soda. You don't add the eggs or oil. It's sooooo good. And since diet soda is calorie-free, you only calculate the amount of points in the nutritional info for the mix...not the 'as prepared' column.

I have another YUMMY WW Cake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1 can of crushed pinapple in its own juice 1 box of 1 step angel food cake mix (1 step kind)
Mix these ingredients together and bake in an 13 x 9 pan at 325 degrees for about 25 to 30 min.
Honest, it is that easy, no fat, very low calories, and tastes great. For an Serve with non-fat Cool Whip.
It's a big hit!
