Diet Patch?! Anyone

Someone can in to school today raving about how she lost 20 lbs in a little over 2 months using this diet patch that her sis-in-law recommended (she lost 30lbs in 5 months). Apparently you just wear it & change it every 3 days & it burns fat and decreases your appetite. They had done a report on it on CBS a while ago.

Has anyone ever tried this?

Supposedly it is all natural....
