What is kind of salty that I can eat a lot of and still not bust up a diet?
I need to lose about 15 lbs but I want salty stuff all the time

Re: Diet question
Popcorn with a tiny amount of salt?
There's also pop chips - you can't have a lot of them but they're a good little snack
There's also yummy healthy type of snacks if you go to places like Trader Joe's.

I tried to eat very minimal for a few days and had no energy at all, especially w/ going to the gym lately. Now I just eat normally for the most part and it seems to be working. I went to TJ's lastnight - and got some yummy pita chips and hummus and just had that for a snack. Not the best probably, but it was yummy, and I had a little and it did the trick!
Are you looking to loose a lot before 4/30?

Soy chips!! I love them, they're made with sea salt so you don't bloat as much and they're only like 120 calories a bag.

Re: Diet question
hoping for 15-20 lbs before the wedding. My dress fits but it is snug and I don't want it let out. The seamstress said about 5lbs but that didnt' seem enough to me.
I have to start back to the gym on a strict schedule. That will be my goal starting next week. I just have a salty tooth instead of a sweet tooth

DROP THE SALT FAST... you will regain water like whoa... Drink water like crazy. Replace water for all your beverages.. It makes a biggg diff.
Good luck!!

Gotchya. I'm looking to loose upto 15-20 also. The strict gym schedule definitely helps. I ended up ordering a dress the next size up because it didn't fit so well in my bust area, so I'm hoping w/ the weight loss that it won't be too crazy to alter.

Re: Diet question
I just have to be really strict with myself for the next few months. I thought I would stop eating all the wrong crap (I don't even have a big app) but I going to stock up on veggies and hit the gym at least every other day so I should be fine

The gym piece has really started to make the difference for me. We've been trying to go minimum 3 days and upto 4 days, for an hour each day. I might pick it up to 4-5 days for the next 2-3 months until my dress gets in.
