Drink a lot of water. Drink 2 glasses before you eat. It should fill you up a bit.

Eat 6 small meals. Eating healthy snacks/small meals throughout the day helps. Again, they need to be healthy. oatmeal, salads, veggies and hummus, grilled chicken, fruit, nuts, etc.

Eat clean. Stay away from processed food. When you food shop, dont go in the aisles, just do the perimeter. meats, dairy, fruits, veggies, no processed.

Work out 3-5 times a week.

Dont deprive yourself of your favorite snack. Just have it in small amounts. Moderation is key.

Lose slowly. 2 lbs a week is healthy to lose.

Take the stairs whenever you can.

Walk a lot. Ride your bike outside now in the nice weather.

Kinda random and I'm not sure if you're into yogurt but honestly, this is worth sharing...

Try Siggi's - it's Icelandic and its kinda like the thick greek yogurt. It's has 16g of protein and totally keeps me full from bfast to late lunch or lunch to dinner. One of my friends recently turned me on to it and it's worth the $3/cup.

Also, I'm a water junkie and I totally think it helps with weight loss/maintenance/workout quality.

I think Jackieeeee's grocery store tip is so cool and so accurate!

Also a fan of always taking the stairs and working out 3-5x per week.

Re: Diet Tips

Try eating foods that are higher in fiber and protein. That will help stave off hunger longer. Drink a glass of skim milk in the morning too.

I joined WW in February, and at first it was hard but then I realized I could still eat a lot of different foods, but how I put my meals together made a huge difference.
