i don't know if any of you have experienced this, but i've been browsing through most of the price lists posted for 2007 and found some discrepancies. for instance, i talked to sans souci over the phone and was given $90 or $110 for sat evening in july, august or september of 2007. i read in one of the posts that she got $80 for sat evening in sept 2007. do they charge more based on the number of guests? i'm expecting about 100. i'm supposed to go visit their premise soon and wonder if i should bring up the issue. any advice? thoughts? thanks.

Prices are negociable when you go to meet with places. Some places lower prices if you make a higher guarantee for instance.

I think any price that any hall gives you is always negotiable...the $80 could have been negotiatied while the $110 wasn't yet.. And I think it also depends on the # of peole too. Usually you can get them to go down in price a little bit if you guarantee 10 more people or so.. was that clear?

Sans Souci gave me a higher price over the phone, but told me $80 pp when I visited them. So maybe you should set an appointment with them.
I'm also having around 150 people so maybe that's why they gave a lower price. Good luck!

Halls give out different prices to everyone it seams like. I think going in person is 100% different then over the phone and it's all what you get for your $$.
It defiantly depends on # of guests, what you want included and most important time of day.
Also Negotiate, Negotiate and if I have not said it before Negotiate always!
