So if your room only holds 100 people but you are only inviting close friends and family do you think your RH would let you go up another 12 people (like give you a whole table).
It might be a tight squeeze but I want to know worst case scenerio. This is them telling you the MAX is 100.
What do you think?

How many people did you send invites to?
You can reasonably expect at least 10% of your total invite list won't come. If you're inviting 112, 102 is the most that will come, most likely.
If your invite list is much higher, it may be a little more of an issue with how many people show up.

Do you know what the room will look like with the extra table??
It may be way too tight, especially if they are saying 100 people max. I try to stay away from the max number because I dont want everyone on top of eachother.

when they say the max is 100 that means that it really only fits 80 comfortably...

Well our GL has been cut down to 115 (including us). If we have the 20% no then we will be fine. I'm just trying to see worst case scenerio.
I'm sure in the end it will all work out either way. Maybe people can eat in shitft

hmmmm i also agree then when they say max, that is already tight. I honestly doubt that every single person you invite will come. Im invited 285 and my room maxes out at 276 and that's with 3 extra tables in the back room. I'm hoping to come in about 235.

We invited 132 and 108 are coming. I'm sure they will give you an extra table, but you might have to lose space on the dance floor.
