We have an Olympus Stylus 300 which we love. So easy to use. It's the All Weather one. It has rubber seals so that water doesn't get inside. We used it the whole time we were in Alaska and had no problems at all.
i am looking for a camera that is no more than $350, size not an issue, i dont need a camcorder feature but its a bonus if it has it. basically want it for taking family pics, honeymoon pics, work pics etc.
I have the Kodak Easy Share CX6330. It is very easy to use, very inexpensive ($199). It can record short videos depending on how much room is left on your memory card. It is good for pictures of family and friends, honeymoon, etc.
I have this one, too and I LOVE it! With the memory card you can take 9 minute videos

I have the Kodak EasyShare 6490(?). Like it. Had Canon A300 and hated it (was only slightly pissed when DH lost it on a golf trip).
