Digital Camera Repair....HELP---Queens/NYC

Ladies, I'm so upset. I was synching up my cam on my computer and had it in my lap and the phone rang and CRASH onto the floor. Nothing seemed broken upon inspection, however when I tested the zoom lens, it clicked and refused to retract.

I sent it off to NIKON in Melville and they informed me the repair would cost $201. (I only paid $330. for the entire camera 13 months ago)!

I'm asking them to send it back but would like to know of any recommendations for a camera shop in Queens/NYC or Nassau.
