Okay I posted this on BHB but didnt get much of a response so here it goes... Burtons can order the dress I wanted but it wont be in until around or approx. May 24th if ordered by Thurs. I leave for Vegas on May 31st. I was gonna take the chance but I found this gown on ebay and it will only take 2-3 days to ship. It is approx. the same $$ as the first one I was looking into. I like them both the same but Im really nervous about the shipping on the first and buying something like this off ebay. So I dont know what to do. Which dress would you get? Which do you like better?
dress #2 is beautiful...It has the 'Wedding' feeling...I have never had a problem with getting things that were shipped from Ebay...I don't think I would want to take the chance though that #1 doesn't come in

I agree, go with number 2. I have never had problems with ebay either. Look at the seller's ratings and how long they have been a customer. That should help you decide on the ebay thing!

I've purchased things from ebay plenty of times without a problem except once but never something this important. Do you really think it's safe? The seller is a bridal store and it has over 2400 reviews.

They are both beautiful. I would go with dress # 2, And as far as e-bay, they are pretty good with their shipping. Have you tried either one of them on? Go with the ONE that makes happy and that you want to walk down the isle in.

I would think it is safe to do! But you have to go with your gut

No I havent tried them on. Things have been so hectic at home and at school that I havent had time and the only reason I kinda even thought of ordering the first one without trying it on(which I normally wouldnt do)is because of the timeline to order it. The other one I cant try on since it's being sold on ebay.

I want to have a dress when I get on the plane that fits I like them both really. FH was planning on wearing a suit instead of a tux and I figured the first one would go great with a suit but Im sure he wouldnt mind getting a tux instead if I go with the second one especially since he's asked me atleast a doz. times now if he is renting a tux or buying a suit.
