dilemma... kind of long.. SORRY

so... i am having a dilemma -

i am not getting ready at our apartment. its too small and not enough room for all of us. so i am going to get ready at a hotel not too far from the church/home/where the boys will get ready. so, all the girls, moms and my dad will be at the hotel in melville, and we will get picked up there. then after i have a party bus coming to pick everyone up. who should go in the party bus with us?

2nd part of the dilemma -
should i get a limo to pick us up after and bring everyone back to that hotel? i hate the idea of people having to find there way back to there cars but i don't know if its a waste of money.

I'm in a similar situation. We are getting married in Babylon, our house is in Babylon, i'm getting ready at the hotel in Melville, and the reception is at NRC in Syosset. This is the preliminary schedule i came up with for the limo bus (i did this so i get the same quote from each company i call; we still haven't booked one yet):

Pickup Groom & Groomsmen @ house in Babylon @ 1:30PM
Drop off @ Church, Babylon
Pickup Bride & Bridal party @ Melville Marriott @ 2:15PM
Drop off @ Church @ 2:45PM
Shuttle to take pictures
Drop off @ North Ritz Club, Syosset @ 6:30PM
Shuttle between Melville Marriott & North Ritz Club until 1AM

Hope that helps! We are having our wedding party, their significant others, and parents on the bus initially. Then everyone can hitch a ride after we're dropped off at NRC.
