We went to Kotobuki in happauge the other night for sushi and it was fantastic!!! (Thank you to the LIW ladies who suggested it!!!

Kotbuki is amazing, and so is the place right in the Dave and Buster's shopping center (off exit 56 or 58?)...don't know the name though
