I should be cooking dinner right now....but of course i am on here....lol

I'm having the same problem =( I need to know how to spice up my tomato sauce...my tomato sauce is always blah for some reason..

I am italian ...i actually make really good homemade sauce. I add garlic, fresh basil, salt, pepper, about a tbsp of sugar...yup sugar ...makes it less bitter. I usually use two cans of red pack tomatos...chunky style and puree. i am having a brain freeze right now but i think thats it...thats not including any meat which gives a nice flavor...thanks for allowing me to procrastinate a little more...ha ha
