Grilled cheese and soup! Sometimes I am too lazy to make a grilled cheese and just put cheese on an english muffin in the toaster!

Re: Dinner tonight?
Started the new 'diet' but need to feed FH- so I am making a huge salad for me and homemade french onion soup for him. Its really easy- you just carmalize the onions with a little sugar and butter and add them to canned beef broth. Then top with a slice of italian bread and parmaesan cheese in oven. Simple supper...

Re: Dinner tonight?
There are these great dinners from Lean Cuisine called the Skillet dinners. You just heat them up in a skillet and you have dinner. There are small portions so you would just have to make a salad or a frozen veggie dish with it. They have ones that have pasta or potatoes with veggies and great sauces with chicken or beef.
