dinner tonight

I'm going out to dinner to night. To Cafe baci, I don;t know what to eat cause I don't want to go over my points. I only ate 2 points today. Help!!!!

Yummy! I love Cafe Baci! Whenever I go out to an Italian restaurant I get a salad with the dressing on the side and then dip each forkfull into it. My leader recommended this. I also see if they have whole wheat pasta or get grilled chicken. I try and push aside half the plate so I don't eat too much. It's so hard with pasta because I could keep eating it, but a serving size is only a cup. At least we get those extra 35 points for the week right. Have a great time!
