Direction card templates / examples?

I need to send the directions to my hall to the company doing my invitations....I actually have to draw a map because they can't use the mapquest map because of copyright issues - nooo! Anyway.....I am so bad at this kind of thing.....I just need some sort of layout to use so I can get an idea of the order of the directions ('from the north, 'from the south', etc.) - can anyone post a pic of their direction cards? I'm a moron, I know.

Also....where is an appropriate place to put 'complimentary valet parking'? Can I hang it at the bottom of the direction card?

Thanks all for your help!
