We made 4 different cards going to and from the church, FH, hotels, but i don't know how to put them in with the invitation. Should i staple the 4 cards together or is there some type of envelope that i can put those cards into?

hmmmmm, you can measure the cards then look at www.envelopemall.com or actionenvelopes.com and see if they sell that size.
Another option is to use a hole punch and tie all the cards together with a tiny ribbon and insert them in your invite (are your invites pocketfolds)?
You don't do anything. Just put the 4 cards together and put them in with the invitation and response card, ect. Never staple or tape anything. This way the guests can pick and choose which direction card will be most helpful to them.
