I am including direction cards for my reception hall and hotel where we've blocked rooms in the invitations. Do I need to include a note with the invitations as well explaining that we've blocked rooms at that particular hotel for a discounted rate? When I sent out my STD's about 5 months ago, I explained it there. I just think the note might look dumb. Has anyone ever done this?
i am sending both. people wont remember what you sent them months ago. you'll have a ton of calls asking for a nearby hotel.
The hotel we blocked rooms with sent us special reservation cards that have a code name for our wedding and it also shows the discounted rate, we also were sent direction cards for hotel so I put both cards in with our invites. Ask your hotel if they have anything like this they can give you, I find it very helpful
