Direction Cards...I need them soon!

Where did everyone get their direction cards from?? I need to get my butt in gear on these...Anyone get them from Kinkos or Staples???

Did you include directions to the church and then to the reception??

I am not happy with the direction cards the Swan Club uses...they tell everyone to put Glenwood Landing on their invites BUT they list their address as Roslyn Harbor

i got mine from the church and hall. i would call the church and hall b4 you make them

i got the paper from staples - avery brand. it was pretty easy. i have directions to the ceremony, then directions from the ceremony to the reception and also separate directions to the reception for those not attending the ceremony!

What kind of paper...like a post card???? Did you draw a map or just write out directions in words??

i made my own on ivory cardstock from staples. tehy cut it and re-sized it for me and i was very happy! i didn't use just the ones from the hall/church b/c i wanted the directions to all be on one sheet and plus i wanted directions from church to reception. i also had a lot of OOT guests and wanted them to be able to have extensive directions. i felt hall/church dindt' provide that.

honestly i felt like i procrastinated with my direction cards. but once i got the directions nad wrote it out on microsoft word, i took it over to staples and htey had it resized and on the cardstock of my choice and cut to the size i desired within an hour. so effortless!

yes, actually the paper is the same length as my invitation envelopes - 5.5 by 8 inches.. go to staples tomorrow and see what they have. i think it cost 12 dollars or something. they come with envelopes, but you dont need them. you can use them for something else.. they are called greeting cards or something, but they worked out really well.. good luck. fm me if you need more help -- u can call me from staples tomorrow!

I ended up doing my own for my friends/relatives that are coming in from NJ. I designed them on post card size cards & put every exit number, bridge name, turn, etc possible, so no one had any questions.
Mine included directions from NJ to the hotel, then from the hotel to the yacht.
We are getting married on that yacht, so it helped with how much info I had to put in the envelope.

I copy and pasted the directions from the church's site then pasted them onto a word pad then printed them myself. I could print up to 4 sets of Directions per paper then cut them and added them into the invitations ......
