how detailed directions are you putting in your invites?

we are getting married upstate, north of albany, is including directions from the nys thruway detailed enough???

please help!!!

i think usualy you would put it from NYC. Does that make sense, not sure!?

I think it all depends on where the majority of your guests are traveling from. We went to a wedding in Lake George last year and directions were from LIE for the long islanders.
