Hi! I'm hoping I can get some good advice here. I have a LOT of OOT people coming to my wedding, which means that I need to give everyone directions and hotel info. Is the normal way to do this, to include some type of information cards with the invitations? Like one card with directions and one card with hotel info? I really feel like it's just another annoyance for me to deal with, but I don't know how else to get all the info out to everyone.
Also, any suggestions on where to get such cards printed would be great (I'm in Suffolk). I really do not want to print them on my own computer b/c it's old and just a nightmare to work with.

Yes, it's pretty common to include hotel info and directions in the invitations. Your reception site may have pre-printed enclosures. Alternatively, your invitation printer could do them as well.

i did hotel cards and my own catering hall direction cards. You can check my album if you need to see how I did them. I find it very common to have them.

Does your hotel and RH have them already preprinted? Mine did and I put those in the invitations.

Thanks ladies. Well I guess my problem is that half my OOT guests will be coming from NJ, and the other half will be coming from the Orient Point ferry. So I feel like I need to include direction cards for both routes. Maybe I can work something out where I have double-sided direction cards, like 'from East' on one side, and 'from West' on the other side? (This is for getting to the church - I doubt churches have direction cards???)
