Directions to De Seversky Mansion

As some of you may know De Seversky Mansion in Old Westbury, NY doesn't have an actual address...its on Northern Blvd where you make an obscure right and follow the signs, but there is no actual address. For those of you that have had weddings there or have attended a wedding there, did you have difficulty finding the place? Or what did you do to make sure your guests knew how to find it properly. A bit concerned about guests getting lost, and even though we're including a direction card for the venue I am still worried about this. Please let me know.

And no we can't put up any signs or ballons to guide our guest.

Directions:
From Points East
Long Island Expressway (495) to Exit 41N (Route 106/107). Travel north .5 mile, bear left at road divide; and head north on Route 107. Turn left on Route 25A (Northern Blvd). Travel west for 1.5 miles (five lights). Turn left at second NYIT entrance,West Campus Road (across from De Matteis Center entrance). Follow signs to de Seversky Mansion.

From Points West
Take the Long Island Expressway to Exit 39 (Glen Cove Road). Travel north to Route 25A (Northern Blvd). Turn right on 25A. Travel .75 mile east (two lights). Turn right at first NYIT entrance, West Campus Road (across from De Matteis Center entrance). Follow signs to de Seversky Mansion.
