DirectTV - Help

We just recently got DirectTV and I need to know how to tape shows with it. I am not sure what to do and of coarse I don't feel like reading the instructions book. Thanks

Do you have Tivo or Ultimate TV?

To record digitally, you need to have either Tivo or UTV. Otherwise, you just tape like you normally would using cable.

Re: DirectTV - Help

With Directv, we tape channel 3 and then leave the box on whatever channel you want to tape. AND, you can't watch TV while taping, unless you have an adapter....we don't...
