NINA - me threeee!! I bought the mouthguard bc my jaw locks - and i have TMJ - but it gives me reallllly bad breath in the morning - and its sooo annoying!

Ok I do the split end thing, and the picking at my lip thing it normally starts as me biting my lip and then I just have to pick at it. I know ewww

i bite my nails and pick my cuticles..sigh i absolutely hate it, but i jsut bougth really good nail stuff so at least the biting will hopefully stop

I pull my hair out and grind my teeth at night. They are both nervous habits brought on by stress. So by the wedding I will probably be bald.
