what are some reliable discount cruise sites? i know there was a thread about this awhile back but i cant find it for the life of me. any suggestions??

i am looking also! i have been on 3 cruises already but fh and i really want to take a semi- inexpensive mini vacation. i found a great deal on the royal caribbean site but now its gone im still trying to look elsewhere though.

royal caribbean doesnt allow TA's to advertise discounts therefore, whateversite u go to, the prices will be the same
carnival does allow discounting so some sites will be better than others...
i suggest using cruisecompete.com where TA's compete for your business

Check out Hotwire.Com. They have the cheapest prices on everything and cruises. Also, if you are a BJ's club member, if you go onto their website, they have amazing cruise specials.

FH and I are looking to take a little vacation too, we figured instead of buying birthday presents for eachother we'd rather go on a cruise. Last time I booked with cruisesonly.com, I got a great rate and he gave us upgrades!

My FH & I have been on 3 cruises and have booked all 3 using vacationstogo.com website. I would definetely check them out they have incredible deals! Especially last minute ones!

Vacationstogo.com and VacationOutlet.com are awesome. I actually just found some great deals on Travelocity for a cruise in April; FH just needs to see if he can get the time off. 4 days Bahamas from Port Canaveral for $730 total.

I second vacationstogo. I left from NYC in 06, we paid $240 pp for a last minute 7 day cruise (we booked 2 weeks before).
