Disney Hotels

Which is the best hotel to stay in at Disney World for me and FH?

They have different themes to them. I've heard that the Polynesian resort is gorgeous. Of course it's the most but if it's for a HM, it's probably worth the splurge!

It totally depends what kind of hotel you are looking for! If you want a luxurious, HM style hotel, I would suggest any of the Deluxe Resorts. They are all awesome! They're themed differently so that could affect your decision.

For our HM we stayed at Polynesian.
Also look into the Grand Floridian.
Wilderness Lodge is GORGEOUS!
Also Beach Club and Yacht Club are both gorgeous.

I would look into those before you start looking at Moderates. I've stayed at Moderates and Values too (Disney had 3 levels of resorts) and for a HM I think a Deluxe is the way to go! FM me if you have more questions! I'm a huge Disney nerd!

i heard the grand floridian is awesome, we went there for brunch and it was realllyyyy niiiice grate views.... we stayed at the beach club which is on the boardwalk, also very pretty

I've stayed at most of them....I like the Boardwalk the best, but the Grand Floridian is really cool too, as are the Dolphin and the Swan. The Vacation Club is also great because you can get your own little house....have fun!!!

My favorite is Old Key West. It's by itself but you could take a little paddle boat to Downtown Disney, and the resort buses will take you everywhere else. My second favorite is Boardwalk or Yaht/Beach Club. Great locaton, can walk to Epcot, and the boardwalk is a lot of fun!

we're going with a value resort for the disney part of our HM...we are literally just sleeping in the rooms...we wanted to spend more money on the St. Lucia part of our HM...and ive only stayed at value resorts before, so i cant recommend anything else!

We stayed at a marriott when we went in 07. I think it was the springhill suites. There are 3 marriotts in the same area. We didn't need to stay super close to the parks b/c we rented a car. You may want to consider that if you are renting a car.. we saved $$ by doing it that way.
