Re: Disneyland for our anniversary
You mena Disney WORLD, right? not disneyland.
I can give you a LOT of info about WDW. if you want to go, i'd wait to go and be there for may 5 or later because that's when the 'Happiest celebration on earth' begins. There will be new shows, rides, etc. We're going in early may, probably, so I'm really excited.
We've stayed at All Star Music twice and Port Orleans French Quarter. I LOVED POFQ. it's so romantic. The rooms are nestled in lush gardens with magnolias! There's an outdoor jacuzzi and a HUGE pool! I really loved it, and you can get good prices as an annual passholder. As a florida resident you can get a residen't annual pass, the only thing is I think they have blackout dates. Also, there are NEW tickets this year just for the celebration, and the longer you stay the cheaper it is. I would call 1407 Wdisney and they can explain it all to you. Or disneyworld.com
For rromantic dining
Lunch at Cinderella's Castle
or DINNER at California Grill. it's at the top of the contemporary resort and it overlooks the magic kingdom. Make reservations (they call it priority seatings) for one hour before the start of the fireworks on that night by calling 1 407 WDW DINE. you won't regret it. We went for our dating anniversary and we were treated like royalty!
Any more questions ask. I actually have this 15 page WDW guide that I wrote when my cousin was taking his daughter to WDW this summer

Re: Disneyland for our anniversary
We stayed at the Polynesian last August (during Hurricane Charley) and it was amazing! It definitely did not feel like we were in Florida; def. felt like the South Seas....so beautiful and tropical! Definitely check out Ohana's restuarant, the food is awesome.
