disposable camera/ scavenger hunt setup

hi gals, for those of you that used disposable cameras at your wedding and did the photo scavenger hunt, did you print out the instructions and just leave it on the table? what else did you gals do? i think my guests might not bother to read the instructions if it's just left on the table... any ideas on how best to promote the picture taking with the disposable camera?

I made lil cards that were attached to the cameras. First it had a poem that said something like 'I am your camera...' and then I had a list of about 5 or 6 items to get everyone started taking pics.

Not everyone followed the lists per se but I did get some some candid shots of guests that I might otherwise not have seen.

As far as 'promoting' picture taking. When we walked around to say hello to everyone I would say something like 'are you taking a lot of pics?' and then I'd point out the camera. Most tables were already using them so I don't think you have to worry.

awesome! thanks cindy for ur experience! would you happen to have a template for ur poem? i'm actually contemplating setting up a laptop station where guests could upload their pics the same night but i'm not sure whether that might be too much or not too...
