i chose not to have disposable cameras because they're expensive to buy and develop, and you get a lot of bad photos.
Instead, i set up a website on shutterfly that allows guests to upload their digital photos directly there.
Here's what mine looks like:
What an adorable idea....this way everyone gets to see everyone elses pics....

Re: disposable cameras
I think you shoulg go with the photo website so at least people won't waste the cameras taking ridiculous pics or worse just keeping them for themselves. JMO

Re: disposable cameras
A lot of people just bring their cameras, so I will leave notecards at everyone's place settings to email us their images.

What a great idea about the website. I tend to agree that some people end up wasting the film taking dumb pictures of their crotches. Yup,. I've seen them. You could also ask a few close friends and relatives to specifically take some digital candids for you... especially of other guests and the dancing. Most people tend to keep taking pics of the same things the pro photog takes pics of. It's a more interesting story of photos to get a broad range of guests.

Re: disposable cameras
Exclusivelyweddings.com has them for $4.75 each and you can get them in solid colors (purple, silver, white, pink, green) or they have ones with designs on them. I think you also get a discount the first time you order from them.

My thoughts exactly, why should i have an additional expense when most people have digital cameras anyway. I love the idea of setting up something like this for my guests.

Re: disposable cameras
We had disposable cameras for our wedding. I don't remember where I ordered them from. My DH really wanted them and let me tell you it is a waste of money. Some weren't even used, some had a few pictures taken and what did come out was not great at all. Go with the shutterfly and let people send you there pictures. Such a better idea then disposable.
