Re: disposable cameras?????
My aunt did this at her wedding in 2005 and here are my thoughts
1. the picture quality wasn't that great.
2. Some of the pics were cute
3. Not all the cameras were there at the end of the night
Instead of doing this, I'm going to ask everyone who takes pictures to upload them to an account I'm making on shutterfly that is specifically for the wedding.

Thanks girls. That was actually FH posting! I told him that they were cheesy and no one uses them anymore. He needed to know what the ladies of LIW were doing

Re: disposable cameras?????
I did vistaprint cards leading people to a shutterfly site where they can upload their pics.
I think it's cute BUT the quality is poor and people have better digital cameras these days.

Re: disposable cameras?????
I am not. IMO that is an older tradition. Now most people have their own digital cameras and that is what they want to use.

Re: disposable cameras?????
i think it's cool in theory BUT in actuality, you get really bad-quality pictures of stupid things. It'll be the children taking pictures, mostly (not adults) so you'll get bad shots of chairs and other randomness.
AND it'll cost you about $10 per table to buy the camera and develop the film (and most will prob be half-empty, if not more). it's just not worth it, IMO

Re: disposable cameras?????
No. Everyone has digital cameras, the pictures are crappy quality, they are expensive to develop, and guests often take the cameras with them. Boo to disposable cameras!

Re: disposable cameras?????
they aren't what they used to be back in the day. I went to a wedding recently that had them on the tables. when they were developed they were very dark & such bad quality. I think now that facebook is around, you know everyone will be tagging you in pics. Those cameras,I believe, are just a little outdated

We aren't. I feel like they are very old school and sort of tacky to put on tables in a wedding.

:( I had them. I attached them to scavenger hunt cards...they were a Big hit at some tables. It gave the people that do not dance something to do
