dissapointed in miles kimball

i ordered stuff online, got the reciept of order, then an email of the shipping confirmation a few days later, now a few days after that (today) i get a letter in the mail that the order could not be processed, it says the 'day of the order' it was seen that the item was no longer availible..

then how do they tell me that the fullfillment center shipped it a few days ago???
and ALL the items in my order was suppose to be gifts
