Dissapointed in Vendor

Dissapointed in Vendor

When I received my flowers on my wedding they looked beautiful, however before I even left the church part of my bouquet broke and the stephanotis had turned brown. When I got the RH my centerpieces looked nothing like I had hoped they would. While they were nice, I had asked for tall birch branches in them and there were just little white sticks. I also had said a few times I did not want them to look Christmas decorations and they did, they had tons of pine leaves in them. I called the florist the following day but I haven't heard back from them. Should I call again or send a letter. I paid a lot of money for my flowers and I just feel like the quality I expected was not met.

I dont blame you for being angry at all!! If you pay all this money you expect someone to do their job! I would go straight to the store and speak to them in person! They knew they screwed up which is why theyre not calling you back

Did they give you a sample centerpiece and do you have photos of it? Did you take photos of your broken bouquet?

Get photos and things together and go directly to the store and ask to speak to the manager. show them exactly where the problem was.

I wouldn't get your hopes up for a refund, though. However, perhaps say you are a member of LIWeddings are you are going to let people know about your experience.

I was seriously dissapointed in one of my vendors as well. And the more I dwell on it, the more pi$$ed off I get. DH told me that it's not even worth it to get so worked up over. So, I'm dropping it. I didn't even call this vendor because I knew that once I opened my mouth I would rip them a new one.
If you have called this vendor a few times and they haven't called you back, I would say to drop it. It's a dead issue. They obviously know that they did you wrong.
In the end, it did NOT spoil your day. That's all that matters.

You should have called the florist as soon as your bouquet broke because they may have made you a new one.
Definitely keep calling them and hopefully you have pictures of your broken bouquet so hopefully you can get some money back.
