Anybody have this problem ...parents are divorced, dad is remarried , mom is not , dad's wife cannot walk in due to health issues.. i have to have my parents introduced ....do they walk in alone or together? ..... they tolerate each other and are not 'friends' what do i do?
I'm gonna let them walk together announced with different last names. As long as there civil it should be no problem.
I have a big problem also with that. My dad is remarried his new wife isnt invited (long story) Dad understand she messed with my mom so she is out, no way in hell. anyways mom and dad said they will be civil and walk in together and announce seperatly . But have to waite till the day to really see how this one goes. If he shows up. who knows.
My parents are divorced, same situation Dad remarried but Mom didn't. They're civil but not friends. I asked them to both walk me down the aisle and to walk into the reception together. Walking into the reception I had my FG/neice between them 1) to keep the peace and 2) bc I knew my FG/neice wouldn't want to walk in by herself anyway.
