Divorced parents?

Anyone finding it difficult to coordinate things with divorced parents?

FH mom and dad are divorced and dont speak. Little things keep coming up like limos, introductions, etc. where im totally lost! Neither are re-married but Mom has a BF. I would have his parents go with him in the limo but I cant.. i have noo clue what to do.. and then same with introductions, can they walk in alone? Should I have them each escorted by someone in the BP?

I do. My mom is being walked down the aisle by her husband my step dad,,,, my step mom is being walked down the aisle by my step brothers her sons .. and i am being walked down by my dad ...i would have your ushers escort them down the aisle

introductions i am skipping the whole family aspect and just doing the bridal party bc we have 10 bm ad groomsman and rather not deal with anything else
