Divorced sister needs original divorce papers

in order to get marriage license...how did you go about it and was it a hassle???

I know someone who just went through this. She has to go down to City Hall and wait in a line while they pull up the file and they will take care of it. It is like a DMV process.

If she was divorced in Suffolk County, she has to go to Riverhead to get them. If this is the case, FM me and I will give you more info. I had to do this for my FI.
