I am getting ready to work on my aisle runner but I am a little confused. Where does the aisle runner start from, the alter or the back? Where do I put my monogram? I also bought a 100 foot aisle runner and found out that my aisle is about 75 feet should I cut it? TIA!!!!

Re: diy aisle runner help please!
Your monogram can go on any spot you want. When I did mine I put it at the start of the aisle as compared to the alter end. I found that securing the runner there and unrolling it down the aisle was easiest, just cut when you have reached the alter. Its also a lot easier not having to unroll that entire runner to do your design. HTH

I laid it out and cut it myself - we decorated the church after rehearsal. It was really simple. I'm sure if you have someone doing this for you it shouldn't be a big deal - just make sure they have the supplies they need!
