Ribbon was purchased at Michael's, and I used a hot glue gun (also purchased at Michael's) to attach the ribbon to the case.
FH selected our song list and burned the music on to the cd's.
The song list and lyrics to our wedding song were created in MS Word and were printed on cardstock purchased at Staples.

Probably less than $3.50 per favor. We ordered everything in quantities of 100 for ease of ordering, but we didn't really need 100 favors (75 at most).
CD Cases: approx $50 inclu. shipping Labels: approx $200 NOT inclu shipping (We ordered the labels in different batches based on when we figured out how we were actually going to assemble them, so we probably paid more for shipping than necessary) Ribbon, glue gun, and cardstock - maybe $50
Total cost with shipping for the labels might have been about $350 for 100 CD's.
