I plan on doing this. I'm going to order my things from save-on-crafts.com and I have to buy my own flowers and floating candles I plan on buying some things from Michaels also.

I'm going to try to make my own. the florist quotes are so expensive. Costco has wholesale bridal flowers for sale, so I'm going to try to make them myself. You can look at my album to see my ideas. Good Luck!!

@ thefloreswedding : I don't have pics but I saw on another forum under Brides helping brides, one of the girls posted up pics of her centerpieces and she bought the flowers from Costco. The forum name is 'DIY Flowers' and it was started on 04/12/11 @ 1:55pm by Lina117. (incase you wanted to look at it) Bree71584 is the girl who responded and posted pics of her centerpieces.

@Anjelagain & thefloreswedding One of my coworkers did this. She bought her flowers at Costco and made her own CP's. I attended her wedding but it was a long time ago and I don't remember what her CP's looked like but I do remember her wedding was beautiful.

I am going to try to make one just to have an idea and then perhaps order a small amount to see how long they will last and how I have to care for them before the wedding. I have viewed Costco's website for more information, not entirely sure if they have the type of flowers you are looking for but here's the link: Costco flowers. I'm going to call before I place my order for more information. My coworker said they are very helpful. Hopefully this helps! When I start with my project, I will post my review. Good luck Girls!!!!

Re: DIY Centerpieces

I am doing my centerpieces myself. Sams club has orchids and callalilies in bulk. Im getting some cylinder vases and branches and arranging them in the vase. there was a picture on the sams club site that a bride put up and it was absolutely georgous. I am also going to get the flower arrangement package from Sams club. They have a 17 piece set for $200 - 250. It includes the bridal bouquet. I am not spending more than $550 for everything. If I could spend less than that its a plus.
