where can i get the wood sticks for the diy fan programs?? im guessing i can use reg card stock? i can be really bad at this whole being creative stuff sometimes!

Use heavy cover stock like 80-100lbs. This is the easiest way to do it.
No sticks needed

can u use popsicle sticks? like the ones u find for kids crafts?

this is the way i was going to do it.. but i dont have a steady hand to cut those out! they would be all lop sided
